Every engagement is tailored, and your support model is based on your needs.  Services are most commonly delivered through a monthly retainer model and hourly based. On occasion, additional special projects are also scoped and priced.

Depending on the size and complexity of the company this could range anywhere from 10-30 hours for a business of under $10M in revenue and 30-80 hours for a business under $50-100M in revenue.

Ideal for founders, CEOs, or leadership teams looking for insight, clarity, and momentum on critical priorities. 

• MKC Partner | 20+ hours/month
  For companies seeking steady executive support without a full-time commitment. This engagement typically includes participation in leadership meetings, strategic advisement, and oversight of critical initiatives. Ideal for organizations that need consistent guidance to maintain momentum, drive accountability, and support senior decision-making. 

• MKC Embedded | 40+ hours/month
  For businesses ready to embed a seasoned leader into their daily operations. This level of engagement includes hands-on support with staff and vendor oversight, project ownership, and weekly strategic touchpoints with executives. Best suited for companies experiencing scaling challenges, internal inefficiencies, or preparing for their next stage of growth and need a trusted operator to help stabilize and steer execution. 

• MKC Interim | 80+ hours/month
  For organizations in need of near full-time operational leadership. This engagement provides executive-level oversight with hands-on support across all core business functions. Services include direct management of internal teams, close collaboration with senior leadership, and active involvement in day-to-day operations. Ideal for businesses navigating growth, leadership transitions, or operational challenges that require experienced, steady guidance.

  For businesses that have a specific business problem they are seeking to tackle. This engagement focuses on a clearly defined goal or challenge and includes targeted strategy development, solution design, and implementation support. Ideal for companies needing expert help to solve a complex issue, optimize a process, or launch a new initiative within a set timeframe.
